Over the course of six weeks, participants will dive deep into the world of startup navigation, equipping themselves with the essential tools, skills, and knowledge needed to launch and grow their ventures successfully.

From ideation to execution, participants will explore key topics such as business planning, market research, financial management, marketing strategies, and more, all tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women in the business world.

Eligibility:
To participate:

• Must be a woman residing in Montgomery County, Maryland.
• Must fully complete application form, and agree to Pathways To Excellence sharing data form with WorkSource Montgomery
• Must have a working email address that is monitored regularly.
• Must agree to view all content in the learning management system prior to weekly live chats.
• Must be available to attend ASKME sessions on Monday evenings at 6 pm; must attend at least 4 sessions
• Must agree to complete elements of a business plan within the 8-week period
• Must agree to submit a business plan executive summary, profit/loss statement, or proof of new business registration, for sharing with WorkSource Montgomery (documentation of participation)
