Youth Leadership & Education Programs
Using the HBCU Pathways Program as foundation, Pathways To Excellence offers a year-round program focused on college readiness, career exploration, and cultural awareness.
The HBCU Pathways Program also works to connect participants to early work experiences. Each monthly meeting features a different topic related to college or career, and affords students opportunities for leadership development and networking. Visiting professionals and alumni from a variety of colleges and universities – including Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs), online colleges and universities, and community colleges – speak to program participants. Community & Economic Development Programs
Programs that help under-represented populations gain financial knowledge, independence, and increased opportunities to break through barriers. The All Black Everything series brings together community organizations and leaders to advance goal attainment among underserved communities, through impactful resources and programming. These half-day virtual summits offer valuable information and strategies to guide under-represented families toward closing the wealth gap.
